(40 person minimum) Grilled chicken or ground beef, cheese, lettuce, salsa, sour cream, jalapenos, olives, tortilla chips, and flour tortilla. Steak can be substituted for $1.00 per person.

Southwest grilled chicken, mixed greens, cheese and tangy chipotle or ranch sauce, refrigerated and displayed on a platter, with tortilla chips and salsa. Great served cold. Comes with six wraps cut in half.
Chicken Quesadilla Platter
Chicken quesadilla triangles served on a platter with sour cream and salsa. Comes with six quesadillas cut into 1/4 size triangles.
Burrito Platter
Your choice of burrito cut in half. Served on a platter with chips and salsa. Comes with six burritos cut in half.
